hello.

anyone know where i can get the specs
of a type 0 midi file and a type 1 midi file
so i can write a program (in a REAL language like C)
that generates notes, dump it to a file, then soak it up
into cakewalk?

thanks a dozen.

Try "Music Through MIDI (perhaps FOR MIDI, I am not sure) by Mike Boom. Should
have all MIDI specs. Sorry I cannot give exact citation.
